We are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Valeter to work at our Stansted base.

THE ROLE
Our work demands the highest standards of quality, attention to detail and a passion for excellence. As an Aircraft Valeter, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for valeting, polishing and detailing private aircraft interiors and exteriors to the exceptional standards expected by our clients.
THE HOURS
The average working week is 40 hours. The hours of work are 08:00 – 17:00. The standard shift is 9 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid break.
The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly, as the needs of the business require. On occasions, alternative working hours may be required to support the business needs including weekend work (paid at an overtime rate).
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft valeting; however, this is not essential and full training will be provided.
The role is demanding, and the successful candidate should be calm, professional and flexible under pressure and have the ability to prioritise.
They will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a sense of humour who is able to prioritise and work on their own initiative, setting a professional example to their team, always demonstrating courtesy and integrity.
They will have good communication skills as well as good computer and administration skills (general working knowledge of systems such as Microsoft office) which are essential.
A full UK driving license is essential, and they will also need to have a 5-year checkable history to obtain an airport ID pass.
In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. We do not hold a licence to sponsor this role under the Skilled Worker route. Candidates must therefore hold the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
