Stunning Stansted Showcased!

After an extensive six-month redesign and refurbishment project, and investment totalling in excess of £1million, Harrods Aviation recently unveiled its refurbished Stansted FBO to over 100 assembled industry guests at an exclusive evening reception.

The whole facility has been totally refurbished to world-class standards with the main improvement being the incorporation of a fully functioning business lounge. This particular lounge is capable of holding 100 passengers in comfort and privacy away from the main VIP lounge (for up to sixty passengers) and the secluded VVIP lounge (for up to fifteen passengers).

Passengers passing through the dedicated departures area for screening will also experience enhanced levels of comfort as no area of the FBO has been excluded from the refurbishment works. All Harrods Aviation lounges enjoy free wireless internet connectivity, flat screen televisions and complimentary refreshments with alcoholic beverages available on request.

Guests at the opening reception were treated to exclusive wine from the Harrods store in Knightsbridge, canapés from Food With Thought and entertainment from the up-and-coming Duncan Eagles jazz band. Road traffic was redirected to make way for a display of three Air Harrods helicopters including the only VIP Sikorsky S-92 available for charter in the UK.
