Onsite Luton immigration

Luton customers will be aware that recent changes in immigration procedures beyond Harrods Aviation’s control have affected the smooth transit of arriving passengers through our Luton FBO facility.

Recognising that this is far from satisfactory Harrods Aviation has been working diligently behind the scenes with the UKBA to find a solution for our customers.

The agreement is not without cost but Harrods Aviation is pleased to confirm that with effect from 21 September 2009 the Luton FBO will have dedicated onsite immigration staff between the hours of 0600 and 2200.

This will bring our Luton facility in line with our Stansted FBO where we have worked successfully with the UKBA in this way for many years.
