External audit
Quality auditing is a service that is offered to operators when they require an audit formed on its behalf as part of its Air Operators’ Certificate approval.
Aircraft operators are required by their own EASA Part-M approval to perform Quality Audits of all third party service providers to their organisation. Invariably operators cannot support their own EASA Accepted Quality Auditor to conduct their Continued Airworthiness Management Exposition procedures due to the cost of a full time employee. Harrods Aviation is able to conduct such audits as an independent quality advisor on behalf of operators.
In addition the Department can be nominated as the auditor in support of the EASA Approved Part 147 training schools.
Third parties are audited in line with current regulations and standards as set by the particular industry regulators ensuring all findings are objective and measurable against actual approved working procedures. |
