Off-base support - AOG recovery Harrods Aviation can provide support for customers away from its main maintenance facilities, perhaps to oversee and provide guidance for customers when aircraft are maintained at a different location or, alternatively, where a customer has a specific technical issue with which they require assistance.
We have always responded to and supported customer AOG demands away from base, as we understand how crucial these situations can be to an operation. We will always endeavour to provide this additional service, subject to regulatory authority limitations, to all customers and have supported aircraft all over the world as a result. Our priority is to return the aircraft to service as soon as possible in a safe and airworthy condition. Our team can offer technical advice to customers who want Harrods Aviation purely to act on their behalf, ensuring that all technical requirements are fully met by other third parties. This service is not limited to aircraft on maintenance but also applies to pre-purchase inspections and/or new aircraft acceptance. |
