OEM accreditations
Harrods Aviation enjoys good working relationships with different OEMs. Across our facilities we work hard in support of many aircraft types but customer preference drives the products we conduct the most work on in our hangars and therefore the investment we make.
Due to service levels achieved and investment in tooling and training Harrods Aviation at London Luton is very proud to be recognised as a Bombardier Authorised Service Facility.This accreditation from the OEM allows Harrods Aviation to provide service to our customers at a recognised standard where we hold the appropriate specialist manufacturers’ tooling and have trained engineering staff. We can also carry out warranty activities on behalf of the OEM. |

Bombardier
As a Bombardier ASF we are able to support the customer with warranty, service bulletins, defect rectification and SMART part administration in a seamless and efficient manner.
The customer will only be charged for activity not covered by the warranty or SMART part programme. Harrods Aviation will manage the warranty within the Bombardier system and act on the customer’s behalf to ensure their aircraft is returned to service as soon as possible. |
