Crews and passengers alike can expect to experience attention to detail unrivalled anywhere else in the world. Our services range from our luxuriously appointed lounges with wireless internet coverage to accurate flight briefing documentation.
Our aim is to make your transit through our facilities as smooth as possible. With procedures such as pre-clearance and cabotage (aircraft importation) being everyday occurrences, no issue is too large or small. All third party services, including but not limited to limousines, catering, hotel accommodation and laundry, can be arranged through our operations departments using only select suppliers.
Security is a priority for all our customers and we strictly adhere to all regulations. This process is made seamless through the use of our private lounges which offer anonymity to the most discerning of clientele.
We are always aware that fuel prices can be the deciding factor between competing FBOs. To this end we have the flexibility to negotiate contract rates for the supply of fuel to our customers. With our own bowsers and trained staff we do not rely on others for fuel delivery; this negates any uncertainty and the possibility of delays beyond our control.
Ramp parking can be offered at each facility and, if hangarage is a concern, Harrods Aviation can take care of this too. With hangars at both bases this is a popular option and will always be subject to availability.
The benefits of using Harrods Aviation are not limited to the service received from our operations staff. With maintenance capabilities for a wide range of corporate jets, the chances are that we could help with any ad-hoc problems or schedule your aircraft in for maintenance, interior work or a thoroughly good clean when you next visit London.
With facilities at London Luton and London Stansted airports we are within easy reach of the city either by limousine or Air Harrods helicopter.
