Harrods Aviation maintains an excellent working relationship with these official bodies for the benefit of our customers but we always operate within their restrictions and ask that all customers adhere to rules and regulations for their own benefit and the operational integrity of our business.

A remote-clearance system is currently in use by the UKBA for non-EU passengers and we are working with our colleagues in this department to make the transition to this system as smooth as possible for our customers.

The UKBA reserve the right to request to see any passenger at any time and within the aviation community it is generally accepted that we have no control to prevent this happening.
