London Luton – Customs & Immigration

From 21st September 2009 the Harrods Aviation Luton FBO will have dedicated onsite, UKBA immigration staff between the hours of 0600 and 2200.

The introduction of this service will make Harrods Aviation the only FBO at Luton Airport to offer an onsite immigration presence; a testament to our dedication to providing customers with a superior experience as they travel through the facility.

Harrods Aviation maintains an excellent working relationship with these official bodies for the benefit of our customers but we always operate within their restrictions and ask that all customers adhere to rules and regulations for their own benefit and the operational integrity of our business.

The UKBA reserve the right to request to see any passenger at any time regardless of whether they hold the correct documentation for entry into the UK and within the aviation community it is generally accepted that we have no control to prevent this happening.
