The dynamics of the Engine Shop are such that strong administration and parts logistics procedures are in place to ensure nothing is missed.

Meticulous warranty administration work is undertaken to support the customer with claims and payment. Liaison with insurance loss adjusters is also a common feature of the support provided by the Engine Shop with FOD and insurance claim events. 

Owing to the Engine Shop’s Honeywell Service Centre status the store’s facility plays a crucial role in the effective support of the customer. It acts as a hub for spares and receives requests from all over the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa in support of our own and other maintenance organisations for Honeywell TFE731 operators.
