Listening to customer feedback and acting on constructive communications has lead Harrods Aviation to alter the set-up of its Maintenance Control out-of-hours contact system.

Please note that for the convenience of our maintenance customers the Maintenance Control or "Maintrol" contact details are as follows:

For the next year the old number will run concurrently with the new until all customers are aware. Our aim in changing the numbers is to make the out-of-hours contact system more reliable thus improving our service to our valued customer base.
