Planning Engineer
Luton
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will plan/programme all aircraft maintenance, repair modification, service bulletins and overhaul work. You will provide materials for current aircraft on check and pre-loading by forward planning.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of aviation legislation and have served an aviation apprenticeship or possess an ex-forces qualification. A good working knowledge of computer packages including Excel and Word is desirable. You should be a self-motivated and dedicated person with a professional approach and should be able to co-ordinate your own work schedule and prioritise work accordingly. Excellent communication skills are needed with a conscientious, flexible approach and smart appearance. May be required to work on a shift basis.

Avionics Engineers
Luton
This position is responsible for all aspects of aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and modifications. Full type-rating training will be offered to the successful candidate as appropriate. As an Avionics Engineer, your role is responsible for conducting and maintaining the standards of aircraft maintenance on various aircraft types, overseeing the work on aircraft and ensuring this is carried out in a safe and correct manner to company procedure.
The post is a hands-on role and will require that the incumbent actively takes part in the aircraft maintenance. More importantly you should be self motivated and dedicated with a professional approach. The successful candidate will be able to co-ordinate their own work schedule, have excellent communication skills and be conscientious with a flexible approach. The role is demanding and the successful applicant must be flexible and professional. Working as part of a team covering a 24-hour operation on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern. The successful candidates must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritise.
