Fiona Robinson,
Marketing Manager
Fiona joined Harrods Limited in late 1995 and gained experience in many departments of the famous Knightsbridge Store, from the Food Halls to behind the scenes in Human Resources. It was the role of HR officer that attracted Fiona away from London in January 1997 and out to Harrods Aviation at Heathrow and from there a year later she became personal assistant to the CEO of the time. In addition to her PA role Fiona took on the role of Marketing Manager but in January 2006, as the company continued to grow, she moved into the position on a full time basis. |

Helen Madden,
Human Resources Manager
Helen came to the company with a total of eight years’ human resources experience, as HR officer for Iceland frozen foods and latterly as Human Resources Manager at KLM UK (five years) where she was responsible for overseeing some five hundred staff. Helen joined Harrods Aviation in November 1999 at a very difficult time – the closure of the hangar at Heathrow – but her experience helped the company and employees through. Helen reports directly to the chief executive and advises him on all HR issues for the company. She also researches and implements policy in line with employment law and oversees the management of the HR team. |
