Kate joined the company in May 2001 after working in aircraft ground handling and customer services for a total of 11 years.
Kate began her aviation career with Air UK, and then moved to Britannia Airways taking on various roles that broadened her experience and expertise.
In 1994 Kate joined Servisair plc where a number of challenging roles were held. These included Station Manager of London City Airport and managing a Key Account worth £110m.
Kate held the position of Customer Services Director for Harrods Aviation until April 2008 when she was appointed Managing Director of Harrods Aviation and Air Harrods.
