Mike Irvin
Operations Director

Mike joined Harrods Aviation in 1997 after gaining nine year's ground handling experience with Inflite Jet Centre and Gatwick Handling both based at Stansted Airport.

During his time with Harrods Aviation he has performed various roles within the Ramp and Operations departments at Stansted and was promoted to the role of Head of Operations for both Luton and Stansted in September 2008. Mike has total responsibility for the Operations, Ramp and Fuel departments at both the Harrods Aviation FBOs.

Lee Williams
Olympic Coordinator, Stansted

Lee has been with Harrods Aviation since 1997, taking on various roles, which have included Ramp and Fuel Supervisor and more recently Base Manager for Stansted.

Lee was recently appointed as the Olympic Coordinator, ensuring Harrods Aviation have a central point of contact leading up to the London 2012 Olympic games. Part of Lee's role is to ensure Harrods Aviation are fully prepared to continue to serve our customers requirements and to support the additional traffic associated with such an event at both London Luton and London Stansted airports.

Lee would be more than happy to have the opportunity to discuss and gain a greater understanding of your own plans for what is sure to be a busy time for all at Harrods Aviation.

Michael Reader
Base Manager, Luton

Michael has so far enjoyed a career in aviation that spans in excess of twenty three years. He has worked for various airlines and ground handling companies. His most recent role before joining Harrods Aviation was as Luton Base Manager for Aviance UK Ltd, a role he held for seven years.

He has gained vast and diverse experience, having held positions at senior management level as well as training and health and safety departments during his aviation career.

In September 2011, Michael was promoted to the position of Base Manager internally from our Ramp Department where he served as a Ramp Agent. This front line experience places him in an excellent position to understand how the Base runs, and how to continue to provide the customer service our Luton customers expect.

 
 

Shernaz Carney
Base Manager, Training & Standards

Our training department provides the Customer Services team with inductions, job specific, refresher, security training and personal development courses.

Shernaz started her career with Harrods Aviation 1994 when she joined as a part-time customer service agent at Stansted.

In June 2003 Shernaz was key in setting-up the training department. Her enthusiasm and commitment to improving and maintaining our standards through training earned Shernaz her current title in April 2008.

More recently Shernaz has taken on the role of Base Manager for Stansted where she is responsible for the day to day running of the Operations, Ramp, and Fuel Departments.
