Lee Williams Lee began his aviation career in 1993 with GHI Stansted, where he started as a ground services operative, handling commercial and cargo aircraft. After four enjoyable years, he was given the opportunity to join what was then Metro Business Aviation, as a Ramp Operative. For the next 11 years he was heavily involved with handling all types of business aircraft from the smallest to the largest, and upon being trained in aircraft refuelling with ExxonMobil he was promoted to the position of Ramp and Fuel Supervisor where he continued to work closely with customers providing and ensuring they receive high standards of aircraft handling and refuelling services. In 2008 he was again promoted to his current role as Base Manager Stansted. He is now tasked with overseeing the day to day running of the Operations, Ramp, Fuel and Detailing departments which consists of over 50 staff. Lee works closely with the airport authorities and the board on future projects. |

David Herlihy David began his aviation career in earnest with British Airways where he served for 13 years and underwent their extensive training programme. With British Airways David took on varied roles, broadening his experience and expertise from Duty Manager VIP Services to Airport Manager in the Far East. With his British Airways experience under his belt David moved to Chapman Freeborn, as their Airport Manager. Here David managed all operational aspects for five different airlines under the care of Chapman Freeborn at that time. David introduced a Station Management team that provided a high level of service at the right price. From June 2010 David joined the company from Qatar Airways. David was responsible for the daily operation from London Gatwick to Doha and was also given the task of moving the daily operation from Gatwick South Terminal to the North Terminal. David is not new to London Luton as he was a founding member of the management team of Silverjet the British business class airline. He comes from a strong customer services and team leadership background, with more than 20 years experience specifically in aviation. |

Shernaz Carney Our training department provides the Customer Services directorate with inductions,
job specific, refresher, security training and personal development courses and as Training and
Standards Manager Shernaz has three customer services trainers and a ramp trainer reporting into her. |
